1. Orders

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before completing checkout.
  • Epoqe is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Discounts or coupon codes cannot be added after the order has been successfully placed.

3. Payments

We accept secure payments through:

  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Razorpay supported gateways

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected orders or locations.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Returns and refunds follow our Return Policy guidelines.
  • Eligible returns are processed as store credit unless otherwise stated.
  • COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Product Usage

All Epoqe products are intended for personal use only.
Reproduction, resale, or commercial distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
