Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Epoqe, every order is prepared carefully and checked before shipping.
Our goal is simple - make your purchase feel safe, clear, and reliable while keeping hygiene and quality standards intact.
1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery confirmation.
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn and unwashed
- Tags and packaging should remain intact
- The product must be in the same condition as received
2. Condition Requirements
To process any request, the following must be met:
- Original invoice and tags must be present
- Item should be folded and packed safely
- No stains, perfume smell, washing, or alterations
For complaints related to defects or wrong item received, an opening video is mandatory.
3. Refund Choices
Wallet Credit : Instant & Free
- No deductions
- Available immediately after approval
- Can be used anytime for future orders
- Full amount credited to your Epoqe store wallet
Bank / UPI Refund
- Processed within 5–7 working days
- Final credit timing depends on your bank
- ₹350 processing & logistics charge applicable
4. Pickup & Shipping
We provide pickup in most locations.
If pickup is unavailable:
- You may courier the parcel to Us
- Share tracking details after dispatch
Inspection takes 24–72 hours once received.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Discount & Sale Orders
* Promotional pricing is offered to provide better value, therefore most discounted orders are not eligible for returns.
* However, verified issues (damage, defect, wrong item) reported within the valid window will always be supported.
* If unsure about sizing before purchase, our support team will happily assist.
6. Opening Video Guidelines
Please record a continuous video while opening your parcel:
- Start recording before opening
- Show the sealed packaging and label
- Display the product and tags clearly
This helps us verify concerns quickly and ensures fair resolution.
7. Size Exchange & Replacement
- ₹170 exchange handling fee per order
- Free replacement if wrong or damaged item received
- Dispatch of replacement within 2–5 working days after inspection
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

9. Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or washed items
- Missing tags or packaging
- Requests after allowed period
- Accessories and complimentary products
- Items damaged due to improper handling
Legitimate issues reported with opening video will always be reviewed.
10. Delivery Notes
Kindly ensure accurate address and reachable contact number.
Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times. Unreachable deliveries may be returned to origin.
11. Fair Use Policy
Placing an order confirms acceptance of this policy.
We maintain order records for transparency and may decline invalid claims.
