Epoqe provides customer support only through the two channels below. WhatsApp is for chat only — we do not make or receive support calls.

02Beware of fraud & impersonation

Common warning signs include: calls or messages from unknown numbers offering refunds, prizes or lucky draws; requests to pay a “delivery” or “verification” fee; payment links sent from personal numbers; and requests to install screen-sharing apps.

03How to verify a message

1. Check that the number is exactly +91 95747 75711 or the email is exactly support@epoqe.in.
2. If in doubt, stop and message us directly on our official WhatsApp before sharing anything.
3. Report suspicious numbers or profiles to us so that we can warn other customers. You can also report cyber fraud at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930.

04Always record an opening video

A clear, continuous opening video — from the sealed parcel and shipping label to the opened product and its tags — is mandatory for any damaged, defective, missing or wrong-item claim. Without it, we are unable to accept the claim. Please report any issue within 3 days of delivery. See our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

05Orders can’t be cancelled once confirmed

We start processing orders straight away, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed. Please check your size, delivery address and phone number carefully before paying. Discounts and coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.

06Offers & coupons

• Offers are valid only on epoqe.in and are applied as shown in your cart or at checkout.
• Offers combine only as shown in your cart and at checkout, and they may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Most sale and discounted orders are not eligible for returns.
• Offers announced by any unofficial page, number or profile are not valid. See our current offers on the Offers page.

07Cash on delivery etiquette

Every refused or unaccepted cash on delivery parcel costs a small brand like ours two-way shipping. Please place COD orders only when you intend to accept them. We may restrict COD on future orders for accounts with repeated refusals.

08Festive & holiday breaks

During festive breaks (such as Diwali) our team may pause support, dispatch, exchanges and returns for a few days. Any such break, with exact dates, will be announced on this page and on our website banner in advance. Orders placed during a break are dispatched in sequence once we are back, and the 3-day request window is not affected for parcels delivered during a break.

09Colours, sizes & measurements

Slight variations in colour, print placement and measurements are natural for fabric and photography. Please check the size chart on every product page and read our Fabric, Colour & Print Disclaimer before ordering.
